Hello and thank you for taking the time to look at my work. I am a wedding and portrait photographer based in West Yorkshire although I photograph weddings across the UK.

My work is a blend of photojournalism and reportage wedding photography aimed at capturing the spirit and events of your day combined with modern and contemporary portraiture.

Many couples are torn between deciding on whether they want a pure photojournalist approach to their wedding or something a little more contemporary and stylised taking into account the influence of fashion and creativity which the modern age of digital photography allows. This is why I have a flexible approach to wedding photography. For the majority of your day I will be unobtrusive and work with the flow of your wedding, however for the couples who would like something a little different I will work with them to create a set of beautiful and contemporary portraits.

And of course if you have requirements for a few formal group shots these are managed quickly and simply in a friendly manner in order to minimise the time spent waiting for these shots and allowing you to enjoy your special day amongst those closest to you.

It is also important to me, as I am sure it is to you, to capture your wedding in it’s entirety. My normal wedding photography package includes full day coverage which will begin when you want me, for example during the morning preparation, to well into the party. Your wedding does not start and stop at the ceremony and nor will I.

I could try and describe the style of my wedding photography in many ways including fashion influenced, documentary, photojournalism and reportage photography but by my own choice I have an eclectic influences from many genres and written words are a very poor describer of imagery. Personally I am a relaxed and easy going wedding photographer not interested in barking orders at guests and dominating your schedule, I prefer to fit into your day rather than have everyone work around me.
